VIRTUAL Pinwheel Garden
In 2022, 420 children were confirmed victims of abuse or neglect in Webb County. This year we are reaching out to community members that would like to pinwheel into child abuse prevention by sponsoring a virtual pinwheel for each of those 420 victims of child abuse and neglect and the individuals that provide support for them. Become part of pinwheeling into a prevention network by sponsoring a virtual pinwheel.
